Hello! Need Help with 27" Wheel

Started commuting to work about 18 months ago and have progressed onto a proper road bike. However my Old Kona Dew is close to my heart and I want to fix it up!!
Getting the rear wheel is a pain in the erse!!! As the one on it has a dent due to Glasgow roads!!

Any help?
