Anyone know where I can get hold of a Formula Oro IS mount?

Hi!
I recently bought a bike with Formula Oro (K18) brakes, which I have replaced with Avid Elixir CR's. The Oro's were on a post mount but I want to put them onto my old bike - this has an IS mount fork. The brake disc is 180mm.
Does anyone know where I can get the Formula IS mount on it's own? All I can find on the internet from UK stockists is complete kits (including a rotor I don't need). US stockists seem to sell them individually but I need the part within 2 weeks so I'd rather use a UK supplier...
