Halo!
This is just a small thing but i was going to change the position of the cleats on my Shimano Shoes. I have has the cleats on for about 8-9 months. The thing is that i've used them for walking as much a cyclng and this has completely jammed the cleats into place!
I've tryed just unscrewing them but they haven't moved a bit! And now i think i've worn the hole for the allan key!! If i can't get them off the only other option is to buy new shoes!!!
Any advise on removing the cleats???
Anything would help. Thank you

it is fairly common thing for cleats to get stuck or seize into the shoe..
did you grease them before you put the cleat onto the shoe ?
drillin them out may be the only way to remove them but you will require new cleats afterwards.. there was a how to in one of the mags not so long ago,.
or i bet you will find a video on youtube how to drill or remove stuck cleats.
