Get on your bike for UNICEF!
UNICEF UK would like to invite you to enter and take part in the JUST BIKE Ride. The event takes place on the stunning Marlborough Downs. You can choose from either the 50km route or the BIG 100km route – the challenge is up to you! Both routes are circular, cover mixed terrain and start and finish at Coate Water Country Park near Swindon. Mountain bikes are essential.
- Date: Saturday 3 October 2009
- Location: Coate Water Country Park near Swindon
- Registration fee: When Joining Team UNICEF for this event at cycling@unicef.org.uk, you will be given a special promotional code that allows you to register your place for free at www.just-bike.org.uk.
- Fundraising target: As part of your cycle challenge, UNICEF UK asks that your raise sponsorship towards a fundraising target based on the route you choose to complete.
- 50km route – fundraising target of £300
- 100km route – fundraising target of £500
The money you raise will support orphans and vulnerable children affected by HIV and AIDS as part of our global campaign, Unite for Children, Unite against AIDS. The campaign is raising money and awareness about HIV and AIDS in order to help millions of children and their families around the world.
