That's brilliant! When did this happen? Also I've not got sound at the moment here at work, what was the music you put on?

I'm a bit concerned that I've only jumped to 15 minutes in and you're already firing your finger as a pistol (complete with sound effects) and shouting "Alberto Contador". A bit scared to skip forwards to see what sort of mental state you're in by the end of the hour

    Brilliant effort, love it :D

  • I want a plinth now, no turbo session will be complete without one! Wonder if I could build one on in the centre of Oxford...

Mind you, is 3:00 AM the best time for a training session?

Oh I see, that website is very confusing, making out a recorded stream is live.

    Nice thighs!

I was disappointed you didn't chuck your bidon before the final sprint!

Looked pretty dull though - were you and the crane driver the only sober ones there?

I had some supporters who I believe were sober. Yeah after 45 mins I had had enough.

Not that it got boring after a while but I did start trying to work out if you had a Manchester 2002 drink bottle - looks the same colour as the one I have.

Thought it was funny when you started throwing kisses and then shouting "that not for you" "it's for her"

Great that you did it, well done.
