...Sugino Gigas sprockets ?

I have a 14T and its a really tight fit onto the hub, i've tried it on all mine eg. Shimano, Suzue and SunTour. The thing is i'm reluctant to use a chain whip to get the thing on, but it may be because it's made of aluminium it's designed to be a tight fit to stop it stripping the threads.

Has anyone else got one of these and experienced the same issues..?

    spray some wd40 or equivalent on the hub, then clean it all and always use a chainwhip when fitting sprockets

    all threads are clean and i usually use Copper slip on the sprocket / lockring threads, the sprockets i have are Dura Ace / SunTour they are screwed on by hand and are then tightened with a chain whip... but the Sigino Gigas is a lot tighter fit than the others.

    yeah have a lot of problems with smaller da sprockets like 13t etc, its just the way they are made, you'll need to spray them and everytime and clean the hub etc when no sprocket is on
