my daughter 24 and her boyfriend live in a 1 bed flat since about 3 years and have been having trouble with there supplyer electric only flat they have a o ld style water boiler no timble dryer or washing machiene sorry about the spelling,ele cooker they have had 3 new meters inthat time supplyer saying about £35per mounth the councill put a timer on the boiler but didnot show them how to use it found out yesterday that the boiler has been on 24 7 for 4 years costing them aprox £1400 is working on timer now about 6 hrs day little knowlage is a wonderfull thing craig white
