Kona stinky 2009..?

Hi, just a few quick questions about the rear derailleur on my stinky. I was doing a downhill run the other night and the cage on my shimano slx derailleur got jammed in the wheel and has now been mangled! Im trying to find out i have the long cage (gs) or the short cage (sgs) on my bike? I have tried looking but cannot find any part numbers on the part or on the stinky 2009 specification...

Second question is i have seen a lovely shimano saint rear derailleur (m810) and was wondering if this was compatible with my bike?
