loose pivot Marin

Have just bought a Marin Attak Trail 2004 and the bottom spindle is loose allowing a lot of play in the rear suspension. Are there kits you can buy. It looks like it is due a new one. Are there any particular shops etc that are good with marin.

    A Marin dealer perhaps?
    I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.
