Has anyone busted one before, i have what looks like a sausage stuffed in my tyre, sidewall is fine but a good few inches of the tyre looks buggered, im assuming it's going to go bang!!
The trouble with having an open mind, of course, is that people will insist on coming along and trying to put things in it.

Yep, seen this plenty of time. If there's a blister on the tyre, get it replaced ASAP.
I had to wave goodbye to my long serving IRC Kujos a while ago, because they'd been cut right through whilst riding in the slate quarry.0 -
Time to replace. If you take/send it back to where it came from, they might replace it.0 -
Woah that's mad, won't be buying a crossmark then.
Im leaning towards the kenda excavator dtc, i could do with a good wearing all round tyre that doesn't drag too much, oh and it grips.
Im not using my nobby nics thems me race day tyres. The trouble with having an open mind, of course, is that people will insist on coming along and trying to put things in it.

Does look like a good tyre that kenda.
Else, could look at conti rubber queens.0 -
Had a nose at them, probably good in the mud but not very knobbly, plus me an continental don't get on very well, i had some protection vapours and they gripped and rolled well i was forever picking up thorn punctures.
From what i ca gather the excavators are a faster rolling, grippier version of the much loved nevegals, i have to admit im rather liking the tread pattern, someone else compared them to fire xc's and cinders and said the kendas rolled and gripped better as well. The trouble with having an open mind, of course, is that people will insist on coming along and trying to put things in it.
