Backwheel

Hi, i have a saracen mantra vx and after (what i think caused it) going over a jump the rear wheel rim is dented and when the back wheel spins the wheel bumps because the rim is bent outwards. i have continental mountain king 2.4 tyres if that is of any significance, can anyone tell me how to get the rim back into position or are the tyres just rubbish.

    the wheel needs truing.

    there are guides on parktools and sheldon browns web sites . But i would take it to your LBS for sorting.
