tyre problems

just collected my bike from lbs and was informed my tyres were out of true has anyone heard of this before or is it just lbs fobbing me off, my wheels are bontrager disc race, tyres specalized eskar any opions would be helpful thanks

They may just need refitting. Sometimes they don't sit on the rim quite right.0

I've heard of wheels being out of true but never tyres. Having said that, my front wheel is true but the tyre has a slight egg in the sidewall and gives a "buckled wheel" appearance when the wheel is spinning.
Maybe try removing your tyre, checking the wheel, then re-fit the tyre, making sure the bead is seated correctly.0
