Any views on wearing full Spesh Mountian Team kit on road bike?

Need new bibs, and finding myself financially embarassed at the mo about all I can stretch to are the bright red mtb replicas (already have the jersey)

I bought some of those bibs last year on sale and beware they come up really small and are a bit see through, I'll only be wearing mine in the winter under tights

How much are these bibshorts?

There are some pretty bargainous bibshorts out there, have you tried Prendas or wiggle?
