I know, what a decision to make; looking to put a SRAM RED groupset on with some Zipp Hoops.

I very partial to cervelos. I have an S1 and i love it.

S2s are very nice and reasonably priced IMO. In oz here at the moment, the ultegra SL equipped S2 with easton circuits can be had for $5500, reduced from the usual RRP of $6800. So thats a cracking deal considering the sram red S2 is around $8500. If i was buying, id buy the ultegra model, sell the ultegra gruppo and throw on some sram red and nice wheels. Not sure if they are cutting deals in the UK though,

Or why not buy a S1 frame from PBK or similar, and throw on Sram red gearing, zipp 303s or similar and some nice bars etc, and youl have a very nice bike (handlign and looks) that is under 7kg and not very expensive. Yep, thats what id do.
