Hi,
I have had a carrera fury for about 3 or more months now. For last month, the forks (rockshox tora 318 u-turn) have been making a clicking noise when compressed. Even just cycling along on pretty even ground it just clicks, mainly when turning the handle bars.
Anyone any ideas why this would be? They haven't been giving any thrashing yet.
Thanks
Tom

Have you properly secured the wheel to the fork?Kona Tanuki Deluxe0

I get this but its settled down... is the sound coming from the left leg? I was told by LBS that it was a seal that had become unseated, but mine happened again (so i booked bike in) and it had settled within the week.0

Could simply be the spring clicking and rubbing as it compresses. I've never known a silent fork!0

Thanks for the replies,
The wheel is perfectly secured to the fork
I don't think its a sounds that meant to be there. It sets off really easily, particularly when turning the handle bars.
It could well be the bars/stem/headset, would it just mean giving them a tighten?
Thanks

I had this when I had a pair of Toras once. I sent mine off and they were fixed under warranty.0

Does sound like it maybe the bars or headset, or even cables. just have to go through them one by one.0
