ipod and itunes problem

I had to change my pc back in April. My itunes were transferred onto the new pc by the shop and they boxed my old hard drive as an external back up hard drive and I have itunes backed up on that. I have a 20gb 4th generation (I think!) ipod, the one with the click wheel. I have now just bought an ipod shuffle to use for running.
When I try to put songs from itunes that are already on my ipod onto the shuffle some will transfer but some will display a message saying "you cannot download this cd onto this ipod"
Can anyone help before I contact Apple please?
I'm assuming that itunes thinks I am pirating songs as I have transferred them all from one pc to another and am now trying to put them on another ipod.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Might not be relevant, but if the tunes you are trying to move to your shuffle were bought on iTunes, it's DRM limits the number of ipods songs can be played on to 6. So, if you got the tracks from someone who got them from someone else, etc. and they were originally bought from iTunes, your iTunes might know they've been copied to 6 ipods already.kop van de wedstrijd0

Sorry I should have clarified. All the music on my itunes is imported from my cd collection. I bought and downloaded some albums from itunes store when I first got ipod but then had to reinstall itunes due to probs and lost them so vowed not to get riped off again!!
I will try deleting the album and importing it again to see what happens.Giant Anthem X3 20130
