But who wants to create harmony amongst cyclists? There'd be no SCR then

I'm gonna ruin it by scowling at any cheery git who 'dings' in my direction, especially first thing in the morning. This is London after all, what do people expect?

Gawd can you imagine at the traffic lights it'll sound like the bit out of bicycle race by queen. I might bring my guitar down for the day and do the solo for people 8)

Someone needs to hijack the Ding Day website and change the instructions to this.

    Genius!

I find nodding at cyclists much easier.

Could be fun to strap on a car battery and car horn to the panniers for the day though

Always wondered how a klaxon horn would go down actually.

On a related topic, how many here actually have bells? I have broken two on my Kona and can't be bothered fitting another. Tricross came with one, but not fitting it.

Came with the Voodoo but never fittet it like the front and rear reflectors - just looks wierd on a bike like that - bit like a rhinocerous with a ribbon round its neck

I have to confess, I don't, I built up the bike myself and must have forgotten it. Always found my voice more than adequate.

    DING DONG.

What happened to the bells you used to get with the lever that moved around, so you got a brriiinng, instead of the modern (and crap) ding ding types? I had a bell on my bike but took it off because a. it left less room for lights and b. you could hardly hear it anyway.
