Knocking Cranks

I have a Stumpjumper fsr comp,only had it for 7 weeks or so.
When the right hand pedal is near the top there is a knocking feeling.
Does anyone know what the cause is.
I have it booked in for a service at the shop where i bought it in a week
but can't wait that long.

    something is lose.

    find out what and tighten it.

    using it as is will damage it and it will need replacing.

    at your cost.
