Got a new star nut installed yesterday so my first proper day back since the fall. Felt good to get some good speed (or as good as I can get) up :D

Special mention to Cycle Surgery in Chalk farm who didn't charge me for installing (one of the few tools I don't, and don't plan to, own) and did it straight away even though they were very busy when I turned up :)

    For cycle surgery Chalk farm.

    I've taken stuff in there and they've dropped everything to help me. They've also been great when I've made a fewq unfortunate enquiries for work.
