Robert Smith?

The ? is not a misprint, that's his name. And he has published a scientific paper which mathematically models the outcome were the world to be infested with zombies.

So he's not just another publicity seeking scientist who pimps up their data to get publicity, is he? I have no doubt the BBC science correspondent would have quoted the original maths paper had it not contained a zombie analogy.
How many people who, when they see his name, have even heard of the Cure let alone would confuse him with THAT Robert Smith? Pillock?

The principal of Kingston Poly (as was) was called Robert Smith - I applied to go there in 1984.
As for zombies - I don;t reckon the slow ones are half as dangerous as people think - quick ones though - we'd have no chance.0 -
