I seem to remember reading somewhere a while back that Sean Yates had a stroke & was in hospital.
Does anyone know anything further?

AFAIK, he didn't have a stroke. Had a dizzy spell and ended up in hospital for tests etc

    But he's back working now.
Fckin' Quintana … that creep can roll, man.

He was racing at the Preston Park Track League week before last so doubt it was a stroke - http://new.britishcycling.org.uk/track/article/tra20090810-track-Preston-Park-Track-League-16-0
    I’m a sprinter – I warmed up yesterday.

    Cheers,good news that.
Seem to remember a few brave souls had hired his services for a day ride,& he contacted them, after the ride, from his hospital bed to let them know he'd had a stroke (or maybe undergoing tests?)

He's had a diagnosed heart condition for a number of years - he did back off for a bit but seems to be a bit more philiosophical about his condition and he's back racing again.
Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..
