Could anyone please tell me if the Adidas Girano shoes are compatible with Look Keo easy pedals CroMo axle,Cheers.

it's not the 'pedal's as much as the 'cleats' which you have to worry about compatibiility.
That said, look Keo easy use cleats with 3-holes and a quick look online at the 'girano' shoes makes me confident that they will fit, yes.0
