so I'm taking care of the house and all the beasties myself.

So, this morning, I get up, do my ablutions, take the dog for a walk (Mark's job), feed the animals (Mark's job), make lunch(my job), have a quick tidy and, as I'm now running late, grab my shoes (don't like to drive in heels) and jump in the car.

I get to work, go to put my shoes on and realize I've brought two different shoes. I think hey-ho, they're almost the same, no one will notice. Then, I realize I've brought two LEFT shoes.

So, my question is, can you sue your husband for negligence? I mean, seriously, the man knows I can't take care of myself

Get hubby to prepare your shoes next time he goes away by puttinmg L & R on the insoles, he can also add a number so you pick up L1 & R1 and get a pair. In the words of Aleksander, Simples.
I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.
