just noticed that LA is doing a ride leaving from Paisley at noon today. It's apparently an open invitation to anyone to join. more info on his twitter - https://twitter.com/lancearmstrong


Thought i'd post incase anyone wanted to join in. I've no bike at the moment or would be heading along!
