How long should you have to wait for a cracked frame to be replaced. I know that each case is different and each importer probably does things differently but how long is it reasonable to wait bikeless before it is time to start looking at consumer legislation and solicitors adverts.

So maybe tell us some specifics..? On-one, for example, apparently take a week to replace a damaged frame. If its some weird foreign brand, it might be longer with shipping and customs and such.
