A little help for a Great Guy

I'm an amputee (RBK) and have been riding for about 4 years now, a good friend of mine who is an above knee amputee called Glen is doing the Durham Big Ride to raise money for Help for Heroes.
I'd just like to ask if anyone supports this charity or would like to give a little to help this great guy make a difference it would be really appreciated.
I've never posted anything like this on a forum before but the guy is always doing stuff for others so i thought I'd try and help him along a bit.

Noting your mates 'condition' sorry I can't think of a better word and the charity. Is he a serviceman?
