I have finally finished my play / street bike which I started when I was out for a while with an injury. I think I have spent about 4 months finding parts (at decent prices) and slowly getting it built up. Some parts are new but most of them are second hand from ebay or BR forums.
Its the first bike I have built so any comments on the photos / spec list are welcome.
In total it cost me £380 (including labour as I had to get the BB and headset done by LBS).

Just got back in from a quick blast around and about where I live. Great fun to ride - so much easier to control in the air over the jumps / walls / drops than my Spesh.
    PS: Nice handlebars!
I wondered if you would notice!!

Does look nice. The build isnt quite my taste, but does look like it will ride nicely. Saddle looks awful though! :D

What would you change about it?
It does go well - a new bike and a sunny day made for a good Monday. Hopefully I will get more "testing" in tomorrow!

I would go for equivalent components, but mostly from different manufacturers. Just personal taste, that's all. More shimano, avid, and rockshox for me.
