I'm after a new bike. Was thinking of a charge Grinder

But the more I think about what I want the more I remember how much I like jumping over stuff and going off road a bit - through woods etc sometimes. So I'm looking for a bike for a 6 mile daily round trip commute and that will let me jump over the odd traffic cone / fallen tree! Any suggestions bike people?

Well, a 6 mile round trip is brief enough that you can do it on a MTB with knobblies if you choose and it won't be quick or efficient but it's short enough not to matter. If you fancy doing longer leisure rides on road then obviously that wouldn't be ideal.
A CX bike will go through woods though I don't know how much cop it'd be at jumping stuff!0 -
Inbred, fast rolling knobblies. Singlespeed with light forks.
That's what i commute on, and it's such a laugh, bunnyhopping and also offroad.0
