Hi,
I was wondering what peoples thoughts were on the Felt F95 - i am considering buying one but wondered whether people thought i was simply being seduced by its stunning looks http://www.feltracing.com/09/images/catalog/xl/8903.png or is it a decent bike as well. From what i have read it has limited gear set-ups but it is a pretty sound bike for a beginner. What else should i consider buying at around the same mark?
Many Thanks

I can't comment directly on the F95, but I can share my experiences of the red F90 I got two years ago.
Purchased from local bike shop on their recommendation [they stock lots of Felt bikes and talk very highly of them] and after riding a couple of others for comparison.
Great spec for a beignner bike [good quality cranks, gears, brakes, wheels; and a granny ring for the hills], more comfortable than others tried [carbon fork and seat post help here]; and so far absolutely no problems with it after about 2K miles [other than routine adjustment of gears and brakes]. I also think the Felt F bikes look fantastic.
But as the more experienced riders will point out, try a few bikes before you buy - as comfort definitely varies [even though the frame size may ostensibly be the same] due to slightly different designs/geometries.0 -
Smashing looking piece of kit.
I had my eye on ita couple of months back, but our C2W scheme chose one dealer to work with who only supply Spesh or Giant.
Having said that am over the moon with the Spesh Elite '100 -
I have tried a friends Felt F95 and really liked it - however i can't find a 58cm frame anywhere and have had to look for alternatives i think i have narrowed it down to 4...

Im going to test the Bianchi at my local shops but can't test the others - what is everyone's opinion if i don't like the Bianchi. Has anyone heard good things about any of the Bikes?

I have had a F95 for the past 10 months, have done over 1500 miles on it and it still rides as well as it did the day it came out the box! The only problem I had was the BB failed prematurely, but that was replaced free of charge. If you buy this you seriously won't be disappointed!0
