The distance makes it look fun, but the course is rubbish. Coming back down a descent people are climbing on a mtb race? Stupid. Also everything looks like easy to mild fireroad.0

according to his Twitter feed Lance is coming to Glasgow tomorrow and is asking people if they want to go for a ride0

Do you think that is reason enough to skip my first day back at school? :P
Although it would be hard to go for a ride with him as the cable to my rear mech snapped today at Glentress and I destoyed my knee when it got mashed in beetween the top tube and the handlebars,
So effectively I'm riding a single speed to school
I'm still not sure which gear to leave it in... :?0 -
Pfftt... School is for LOOSERS!!!
(JOKE!!!!)
But I'd skip it to go for a ride with Lance! It's a once in a life-time / very long time opportunity!Boo-yah mofo
Sick to the power of rad

I think you might be able to keep up with him for all of 30 seconds, before he vanishes over the horizon.0 -

If I was your teacher I'd understand. It's extra-curricular, it's meeting a role model, it will be very educational to see just how fast he is... can you honestly tell me a day at school will fulfill al of these0 -
what an absolute legend, how is he so good at bkie riding? someone should give him a dh bike0

Lance Armstrong doesn't need electric gears...0
