my hubs not spinning round freely i'm guessing i need to loosen off the nuts, i've just regreased it all, and put it back together, is this right? or should i just leave it to bed in as they will probably loosen off anyway.

if it is a cone and cup yes you have got it too tight. there should be some play before fitting.

good How Tos on both part and Shledons sites.

ok thanks yes its a cone and cup thought that was the case just wanted to make sure i hadn't stuffed the wheel getting tired, spent 30 mins trying to work out why the wheel wasn't fitting the forks. (id put the axle in the wrong way around)

    err both.

you need to slacken the lock nut of to move the cone and then lock the locknut against the cone.

When you adjust it you want it to be a tiny bit loose so when you put it on the frame and tighten the QR skewer it removes the last bit of play and runs perfect. Once its on give it a wibble side to side and if theres any morevement they're too loose

done that already, more worried about it being too tight then loose, seems alright now.
