I would like to know how do you tell when your jockey wheels need replacing?

Well it's going to be down to how worn they are, teeth worn away or sloppy bushings so they wobble about. Or maybe seized up

Not that worn yet but not to far off so do need some new ones.

One more question.

Where is the cheapest place to get them as I ahve seen some on ebay for just under £6 but they dont have bearings and does it make a big difference having them?
As I would spend a bit more on them, plus it is a campag rear mech
