someone has given me an Outland Stuka front wheel which looks reasonable quality to me,so I'd like to give it a new hub and spokes. Is it worth it and if so,which hub would you recommend. [Disc]

Not worth it. Buy the time you have got the spokes, and hub, and built it, it would be cheaper and easier t get a new wheel with a better rim.
