MP3 Sites/Photo attached to profile ?!!?

So many MP3 sites, confused dot com just don't do MP3 sites and I wish Carlsberg did.

Any suggestions?

...oh and another thing - how do you get a photo attached to your profile - I squashed a pic down to the recommended 80x80 pixies or whatever and ended up with a smudge.
