edited February 2010 in Your mountain bikes
Not been able to ride since March, so decided to pass time by building my own Bike.

Still W.I.P but not for from finishing, just some wheels and cassette as these are off my Trek to make it lighter.

Current weight 24.87lbs

  • Spark - check
    Carbon - check
    Sub-25 - check

    That'll do the trick.

p.s. thought about changing your forum logo?
  • Yep but as i still have the trusty Trek for thrashing around i will have to figure something out :D

Its just gone into the 25lbs mark but with the new seatpost and seat to replace the heavy one and new wheels to come soon it will drop back into the <24lbs mark which was the plan.
  • Been a while since i updated it so here is the finished article

I don't like it when the rear suspension is on the top tube
  • Really nice looking bike, great choice of wheels, currently building an 08 genius which is covering the conservatory floor at moment 8)

Lovely bike. One fault however. Can you not spin the cranks round in both photos so that the XTR logo is the correct way up? And if I am being pickey, get the conti logos at the tops of the wheels too.

Other than those two totally insignificant complaints, awesome bike! Well done.
