Hub gears & brakes

Any advice on finding a bike with both hub gears & hub brakes (front & rear) if such a bike exists? It also needs mudguards, front & rear pannier racks and suiting commuting on mostly road but some rough surfaces eg muddy towpaths/compacted earth paths and wintry coonditions?
I cant find anything matching these criteria and available easily in the UK.
Im fed up of adjusting brakes and gears and want something very low maintenance.
Pashleys Paramount seems to tick some of the boxes but I'm put off by the one size suits all frame.

I am also looking for a hub geared bike for the winter. I have seen;
1 - Revolution Courier Nexus from Edinburgh Bike Coop - Hub geared but regular V brakes, 26" wheels, only £399.
2 - Giant Escape R8 - Hub geared, 700C wheels, having trouble finding it with a 23" frame, about £490.
There are a few other ones but moving up to an Alfine hub puts the price up beyond what i was hoping to pay. Googling Nexus or Alfine bike will throw some examples up for you.

best way to go would be the gazelle bikes, really well made and well thought out specs.
They can be a touch pricey, but for what you describe they'll be perfect.0 -
This years Trek Soho range has a version with belt drive, nexus hub and front shimano hub brake.
Swobo bikes also do some all hub versions.0
