I am looking at a Cube Ltd Race on the bay at the moment, I have a 09Rockhopper Comp which my mrs is wanting to get her hands on, and I am wondering if any one who has a Cube Ltd Race could tell me if they think it's good value for money.
My alternative is to upgrade the hopper and get the mrs something else.
Any thoughts on this one guy's?
cheers
John.

Loads have this bike on the forum! Worth doing a search.
For the money is a great package and grat value. Frame a bit lardy.0 -
Not a massive upgrade on the hopper, but there's a better overall spec on the Cube. They're great value and a great ride and I particularly love the Formula brakes.
Can you try one out first, it would suck if you bought it and then felt you preferred your Rockhopper!0 -

Thanks for the reply, the guy that is selling says try before you buy so thats o.k, the only thing that concerns me is that it is a 22" frame, i am 6ft with a 33" inside leg.
Some one has asked the question if it would suit some one at 6ft, the guy that has the bike is 6ft 2" and recons that if you fit a shorter stem it would be ok.
Any thoughts on that.?

I think you could be correct Supersonic ,hence i am hoping to hear from any one on the forum that might have 22" frame and be 6ft.

The bike was on at a buy it now for £700.00, but the guy has changed his mind about selling it hence the £1000 reserve not met. .

Next year's will apparently be £1100, so if you can find a reduced one now, go for it!0
