High Modulous carbon fibre

I currently have a carbon fibre bike (12kweave)
I have been thinking of getting a better bike/ upgrading the existing kit
Some more high end bikes have High Modulous carbon fibre. Do I need a High Modulous C/F frame? What difference does it make?
I race regularly, but not to any particularly great standard.
Any comments appreciated
