No matter how much you feel that it is on the night, in the morning, for a haul of a commute, beer and curry is simply not power food.....And a cigar does not leave a pleasant taste in ones mouth the morning after when one is panting!

I think I am over the farting.....for now.

I was a picture of deportment and decorum this morning........

Sounds like you may not have drunk enough beer to wash down your curry.

Glad your over your farting, just hope nothing else follows through.

I don't drink, but curry seems like decent enough power food to me :)

Out of the saddle of course, tsk!

What you should be asking is how do the pros pee whilst riding???
Rule #5 // Harden The Feck Up.
Rule #9 // If you are out riding in bad weather, it means you are a badass. Period.
Rule #12 // The correct number of bikes to own is n+1.
Rule #42 // A bike race shall never be preceded with a swim and/or followed by a run.

ideally not when riding in the pack. You get unpopular very quickly.

I just (mis)read the topic title as something along the lines of 'Beer And Curry Powder'. And was thinking you'd stumbled across some incredible new energy drink.

Might be worth a shot tho'. Anyone?

Re: Farting, I've noticed that I'm unable to whilst pedalling. Is this normal?

  • A while back I was queueing behind someone in a take-away and they ordered lamb madras, egg pilau rice and a garlic naan.

I sure wouldn't like to cycle behind that guy!
