£200 wheelset budget......?

I'm trying to decide on a pair of wheels for my new bike build-up.Don't know if i'll get anything online handbuilt/specified for the £200 or if it would be more realistic to choose factory wheels. They don't need to be especially light..i just need them to be able to take a bit of punishment and be suitable for the slightly heavier rider while commuting and the weekend rides out.Any website links would be really helpful...

Harry Rowland was doing these wheels for £190 earlier this year - he'd be worth speaking to: http://www.bikeradar.com/gear/category/components/wheel-sets/product/mavic-open-pro-novatec-hubs-34039

hmm - now 250 (but still worth it....over 300 elsewhere) or try the bay...
I bought the Mrs a pair to upgrade a winter bike ...been really excellent and she does fast 100mile sportives on them too when the fancy carbon cant be taken due to being too precious to actually use...0
