Any budding chef's out there!?!?

Ok there is a huge fig tree in next door's garden that overhangs onto my garden. I've heard that you can cook with the leaves and even eat them.

Any budding Jamies/Gordon/Deliah's out there with recipes?
There is never redemption, any fool can regret yesterday...
