By Buckingham Palace. The police were there and an ambulance was just arriving as I went past. I nearly got slotted by a rubber necker in a car who wasn't looking were he was going! Imagine th irony of that :?

I'm not sure whether the injured party was male or female or how babdly they were hurt but I hope they are okay!
