Leytonstone CC? or cycle clubs in Waltham Forest area?

Hi,
I am in serious need of joining a CC (combination of lethergy and cakes is making me fat! ) and I am about to move to Leytonstone/Waltham Forest.
I've been trying to find a road club somewhere around there, but cant find nowt on the net. Any ideas? Anyone know of any clubs or regular riders out that way?

Not sure dude - if you can stand the ride to crouch end, a regular sunday ride goes from Two Wheels Good at about 9.30 – it either goes out round epping or potters bar.
in terms of clubs, i'm on the verge of joining london phoenix, on the basis that there'll be SOMEONE riding near me at some point...point your handlebars towards the heavens and sweat like you're in hell0 -
