Campag wheel on Shimano groupset?

Is this at all possible/workable?

Got someone with good campag shamal wheels available for TT bike. Groupset on bike is shimano dura-ace/ultegra though, are these compatible at all? 7 spd on the TT bike atm.

Any help appreciated as i admit i have zero clue about this, i'd have imagined it was just a straight no?

    If you can find one, you can get a Shimano compatible freehub body and use the normal Shimano cassette.

    EDIT: I *think* this will fit, but you'll want to check first.
