Yeh right,

Was up Coed llandegla this weekend and ended up following the aldy a bit ont he trail she is very lovely to look at in RL and she seemed to be riding well and smoothly so hopefully she will be working on race fitness soon. Big up to Rach i say (though will admit was being a bit silly when she crashed but i'm sure she realises this herself)
