Used to MTB loads, have an identiti Dr Jekyll, however picked up an old Zaskar frame (around 1998 ish) from a friend as i'm thinking of moving to more freeride/XC territory. I've got hope mini discs but there's no connector for the disc on the old zaskar frame. Is there a thing i can buy to magically transform the frame into disc compatible or am i going to be stuck back with V-Brakes?
cheers for any help

Yep, an A2Z disc brake adaptor for the dropouts.
However can you provide a pic of the dropouts? There seems to be two different types for that year.0 -
i haven't got a camera on me but i'll vaguely try to explain, the dropout only has one hole for anything, quite a small one, i'd estimate about 3mm the rest of the dropout is kinda solid, seems fairly unfeasable at the moment0

please post a picture when you can.
what holes it has has nothing to do with it.
It the shape and profile that we need to know.

Should fit fine.
Sure it is an LE though? Looks like the standard 98 Zaskar dropout (hence my original question).0 -
certainly could well be, paint scraped off the zaskar logo a bit so i figured the LE might have been scribbled off
excuse ignorance, cheers for help0
