Hi all, i've got a 09 Cannondale f5 disc its been great but i really need to upgrade the front forks. ive got around 250-300 to spend any ideas as to a good fork for that kinda cash? your help very much appriciated.

is it a Dart 3 ?
I have an 08 F6 which came with Dart 2's, I lost the 2's and bought some Tora 318 coils and noticed a masisve improvement, they only cost £160 (JE James) plus I got £55 for my Dart 2's on ebay, £105 well spent. If I had your money I'd get me some Reba's0 -
what do you use it for.
Not really leaving the ground cross country then sids, if you like to get a bit of air now and again then the rebas.0
