Does anyone make a bib short with a proper "jock" in the front of the chamois to hold a man's tackle centred, and stop uncomfortable displacements of critical parts?

Or do I just have to wear 'em tighter?

In the centre? Surely you'd sit on it?

Depends how high the lot is hauled.

And as a 60`year`old I have a fairly upright riding position on an Audax bike made for me.

Decent quality shorts typically have an extended modesty pad, normally made from a terry fabric on the front to keep everything in place. worth trying a few different brands to find a cut and fit that suits you - some Gore models are built large for the fuller figure
Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..
