Hi.
after about a month of researching bikes i really like the look of the the trek fuel ex8.
im testing it today and hope it rides as good as it looks.
i test rode a scott genius 50 and thought it was great although it could be a different story on a demanding trail.
with work getting quiet I'm having second thoughts on spending £1500+ on a new bike.
Is the extra £250/200 worth spending over the trek ex7?
Will i really notice the difference in the components on the trails or is there more of a difference than just the components?
does the ex8's rear can have lockout as i do a little road riding and would hate excessive pedal bob.
I'm used to a 2005 spesh hardrock and have no experience with fs bikes.
