firstly i dont know that much on suspension forks, just bog standard knowledge, forks on my bike are the tora 289, ive had the bike about 10 months, done just over 2,500 plus miles on it. ive got a tapping noise coming from the forks, when you push down on the suspension. just wondering if anyone has any ideas? :?

Could be the coil inside rubbing. Or they may need a service - infact after 2500 miles I guess they need a strip and oil change.

take the spring out and give it a good clean, make sure you put the seals back in in the right orientation tho.
